'Life is sweet'

Here's an ATC for a swap at Art Techniques with a theme of sunflowers. The bottom layer is some beautiful French country pattern paper from Frances Meyer. French Script (Hero Arts) was stamped in red across part of the card, then covered with sunflowers from a beautiful napkin recently RAK'd by Sharon over at Norah's Art. I used the white tissue portion of the napkin over the remainder of the card, to soften that gorgeous French country pattern a bit. Used yellow Magic Mesh below the sunflower, then colored cream cardstock with Walnut Ink and bronze Glimmermist and stamped the words in red (stamps from Stampendous, used Memories in Port Red). Word slips were edged in the same red ink, as well as the entire card. Some pretty red French knots in the corners and a bee charm on the flower (European Paper) and ~ voila ~ 'La vie est douce'.

I like. Very smart to use the white layer of the napkin to soften with. Thanks for the shout out.
